• Payment Information: If you subscribe to our Premium features, payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full credit card or UPI details on our servers.
• Profile Data: We may collect your name, preferred language, and farming preferences (e.g., crops grown) to personalize your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to operate and improve the KrushiSanjeevini app:

• To verify your identity and secure your account.
• To analyze crop images and provide accurate disease treatment recommendations.
• To fetch the correct APMC market prices based on your state and district.
• To process Premium subscription payments.
• To send you important push notifications (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) regarding crop lifecycles, government schemes, or subscription status.

• Firebase Authentication & Cloud Messaging: Used for secure OTP login and delivering push notifications.
• Razorpay: Used securely for processing payments and managing subscriptions.
• MongoDB: Our backend database provider where your profile, diagnostic history, and notification preferences are securely stored.

Your data is stored securely in our MongoDB database. We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for API authorization, to protect your personal information against unauthorized access.
